  Arlene Fletcher Slawson, 86, of Binghamton passed away March 20, 2016. She was predeceased by her parents Bruce and Dorothy Leach, first husband Charles Fletcher, Sr. and children Charles Fletcher, Jr., Dorothy J. Butts and Nancy M. Raymond. She is survived by her husband of 45 years Clair J. Slawson, sons Richard and Debra Fletcher, of Hillcrest, Kenneth and Sharon Fletcher, of Binghamton, Thomas and Debra Fletcher, of Port Crane, sisters Marjorie Shoemaker of Chenango Forks, Nancy and Marshall Devenpeck of New Kensington, PA, Carol Rafferty of Franklin Forks, PA, step-sister Pauline and John King of Conklin, NY, step brothers Louis Miller of Sun City, FL, Paul Leach,Jr. of Rochester, NY, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

A celebration of Arlene's life will at 11:00 am, Saturday April 16, at the First Baptist Church of Port Crane.  A private burial was Tuesday March 22 in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell.  Funeral services provided by Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home.
