Charlotte E. Hallock, 92, of Binghamton died February 2, 2016. She is survived by her children, Douglas (Rose Doran-Hallock) Hallock of Carney's Grove, NJ and Constance (Ezra) Crossman of Johnson City, 2 grandchildren, Jason and Amy Crossman and a sister-in-law Marjorie Hallock. She was predeceased by her husband David.

Charlotte was a member of the Centenary-Chenango St. Methodist Church. She was a long time resident of Good Shepherd Fairview Home.
Private memorial services will be held at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral  Home. Burial will follow in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Memorial gifts may be made to her church.
