Binghamton: Charlotte (Kelley) Kochmer, 81, died March 24, 2015. She is survived by her daughter Robin (Charles) Levee, 3 grandchildren, sisters Carol, Evelyn, Karen and Elizabeth Ann, brothers Kenneth and George. She was predeceased by her parents Carl and Ida Kelley, brother Carl and sisters Alice and Kathleen.
