Debra Hinckley, 53, of West Windsor:

Our beloved Debbie quietly passed into the arms of God while in her sleep on October 16. She is the daughter of Georgia and the late Donald Hinckley of West Windsor. She is also survived by her precious son, C.J. Fessel of Binghamton, three brothers Donald Jr. of Kirkwood, James of S. Dakota and Richard of West Windsor, along with several nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Debbie left us much to soon. She has left us with a hole in our heart that can never be filled. Rest in peace dear Debbie, as you have joined your daddy in Heaven.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Fairview United Methodist Church, 254 Robinson St. Binghamton. A luncheon will follow.
