Linda and Everett did everything together and demonstrated what true love, patience, a sense of humor, deep faith and devotion really meant.  They enjoyed traveling and took trips to Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and spent many summers camping together.  Linda spent all her time caring for Everett, making sure he was comfortable, keeping his medications, and appointments organized and simply loving him through the good days and bad. Her unselfish love and ability to care for him so graciously allowed him to remain in their home long after life became challenging for him.  Everett was a long time member of First Christian Church in Kirkwood. Everett graduated from Johnson City High School and shortly after became an Army Corporal.  He was a member of the Quarter Century Club and retired from IBM after 31 years of service.  Everett was a long time member of the Free and Accepted Masons, Johnson City Lodge #970 and the Order of the Eastern Star, Otseningo Chapter #14.   He was a past District Deputy Grand Master, past Master of Johnson City Lodge #970, past President of the Craftsmans Club, member of the Kalurah Shriners and past President of their mini bike patrol, Knights of Mecca member, Otseningo Bodies AASR recipient of the Meritorious Service Award of the NYS Council of Deliberation.  Everett  will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him, especially his wife, Linda.
