Frank E. Clark, Jr, son of Frank and Edna passed away Dec. 2, 2017 after a long term illness. He was brother to Virginia Crocker and Mary Wheeler, both of Corning, NY and Clyde Yeomans of Great Bend, PA. A former resident of West Windsor, Frank worked for many years as a custodian and bus driver for Windsor Central Schools.
 
Graveside services will be 11 am Saturday at Lakeview Cemetery, Jackson, PA, followed by a celebration of life at 12 noon at the Colesville Fire Co. 1305 Colesville Rd. Binghamton.
