James A. Skinner, 36, of Binghamton died October 12, 2017. He is survived by his beloved daughter Isabella R. Skinner, his loving mother Ruth (Carpenter) Skinner, his devoted brother Timothy Skinner, cherished grandmothers Barbara Skinner and B. Jane Carpenter, loving aunts and uncles Brent (Kathy) Skinner, Sharyn Skinner, Karen (Carl) Chase, Carl (Ellen) Carpenter, Marilyn (Charles) Peters, Dana (Susan) Carpenter and Sharon Mitchell, his former wife Tiffany Skinner, many beloved cousins and dear friends. He was predeceased by his father Ronald. James was a member of First Church of the Nazarene where he enjoyed playing drums. He was a devoted father to Isabella and was big hearted and caring to all his family and friends. He formerly worked as a bus monitor for CV Schools.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Monday at the First Church of the Nazarene 1282 Chenango St. Binghamton. The family will receive friends at the church Sunday from 4:00-6:00 pm.
