Marion  Nellie Jones, 90, formerly of Harpursville went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 15, 2016, from the Willow Point Nursing Home, where she had resided for the past several years. She was predeceased by her loving husband, William "Jonesy" Jones in 2011. She always enjoyed good times with her family and friends, especially when she was square dancing or doing the polka (pokey dancing). She and her husband lived in Harpursville and were snowbirds to Sanford, FL. She is survived by the joy of her life, her family of five children; WIlliam Jones, Sherry  Ziegler, Robert (Tomi) Jones, Robin Jones and Richard (Wendy) Jones, 15 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
 
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Monday June 20, at the Tower of Memories in Vestal Hills Memorial Park, 3997 Vestal Rd, Vestal. Memorials may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church, 466 Chenango St. Binghamton. The Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton is assisting the family.
