Norma Edith Vavra, 87, formerly of Endicott, died June 24, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband William Vavra in 2002 a brother John Davis and a sister Ruth Sperbeck. Norma is survived by her children, Dennis (Barbara) Quick of Binghamton, Cheryl (Lloyd) Fletcher of Chenango Forks and Craig (Kim) Quick of Binghamton, 7 grandchildren, John, Stan and Jay Quick, Tina (Dave) Everett, Michele Saunders, Krista (Joseph) McPeak and Danielle Fletcher, 8 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Marion Spencer and Sylvia Cook. Norma was a longtime resident of Endicott before moving to live with her daughter Cheryl. She loved to dance the polka and worked for many years as a receptionist for Dr. Beverly Dorsey and Dr. Beverly Hosten Dorsey.
