Winifred Elliott, 83, of Endicott and Binghamton died March 28, 2012 at the Absolut Health Care Center in Endicott. She was a former journalist, having written for the Clearwater Sun in Florida. She is survived by her daughter Marcia Weller of Tampa.
Following cremation Winifred will be buried in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
