Jimmie Lou (Brown) Langdon

 
Jimmie Lou Langdon, 91, passed away peacefully at her home on March 24, 2018. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 58 years, Myron (Mike) in 2003, along with two sisters and eight brothers, Luella, Albert, James Thomas (J.T.) Jr., Julius Clayton (Guy), Ruth, John, Orice, Leamon, George Burnett and William Orville. She is survived by many cherished nieces and nephews. Prior to retirement, Jimmie worked as an assembler at General Electric in Westover. She was an associate member of the Binghamton Rifle Club and a resident of Hillcrest since 1971. Jimmie was deeply grateful to the Langdon family for making her a part of their family for so many years, and also for all of her family who cared for her and brought her so much joy through the years.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton. Entombment will follow at Vestal Hills  Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to A.V.R.E., 174 Court St. Binghamton, NY 1390.
