Murat Senat

It is with deepest sadness that we wish to announce that Murat Senat, 54 of Binghamton passed on December 22, 2019 at his home. He was predeceased by father Dieu-le-pere; his mother Elmise Carius. He is survived by his wife Carole Senat and their three children: Stephanie (aka Fafie) Senat, Elijah Senat and Nathan Senat;  his brothers: Dieules Senat, Feguens Senat, Dieulot Senat, and Dieuner Senat; his sisters: Nahomie Senat, Suze Senat and Dieulene Senat Senat; his aunts: Iponia Senat, Janine Senat and Naitile Senat;  his uncles Maslin Senat, Laventi Cariu, Vitalene Carius, Jimmy Carius; his cousin Gerald Senat and sixteen others  Murat also left behind many friends: Dr. Claire Mirat (aka “marraine”); Menes Bernard, Louis Jean-Philippe, Bernadette Jean-Philippe, Lionel and Margaret Saintus and many other friends in the community. Murat studied Mechanics at Broome-Tioga County Boces and became “everybody’s mechanic” in the community. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Murat was kind, generous and funny. He was always ready to help someone in need. He loved going to church and enjoyed gospel music.  Murat will be missed by many.
