Richard Bell of Vestal, NY passed away on October 30, 2017 at the Mercy House of the Southern Tier of heart complications. Born in Oceanside Long Island, New York September 16, 1948, Richard was a 1966 graduate of Vestal High School, a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, employed in the trucking industry, a loving father and grandfather. He was pre-deceased by his parents, Kenneth A Bell of Windsor and Floy M (Burrows) Bell of Harpursville. Survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Jeramie and Shari Bell, granddaughter MacKenzie of Endicott, brother and sister in law Ronald and Marguerite Bell, and sister Barbara (Bell) Ahders of Florida, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 12:00 noon Friday November 10, 2017 at Knox Cemetery in Ouaquaga, New York. Donations in memoriam can be sent in Richard’s name to the Mercy House of the Southern Tier.
