My condolences to the Layton family. Robert has been my neighbor for as long as I can remember at 100 Chenango Place. Always a smile on his face, friendly. Whenever I saw him he would ask how I was, after telling him, I would ask him the same question...his reply? " Not bad for an old guy" Robert you will be greatly missed. Rest in peace my friend.
