Robert Layton,83 of Binghamton died Oct. 25, 2017 at Willow Point Nursing Home. He had one daughter Heather and brothers Arland, George, Fernie and Leslie.

He formerly worked construction for Dyer Fitz.

He will be buried in a private ceremony in Shawsville Cemetery, Conklin. There will be no public services.
