Robert Sbarra Obituary

Robert A. Sbarra, 90, passed away April 30, 2018 at his home. He is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Ramona (Jenks) Sbarra, their six children, Nicholas (late wife Pat) Sbarra, Janet (Michael) Webb, Donald (Marie) Sbarra, Theresa (Dennis) Sherwood, Scott Sbarra and Patty (Rick) Masaryk, 12 grandchildren, including a special grandson Ricky, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. Bob was a veteran of the WWII Army of Occupation, 1945-47. He was an avid NY Yankees fan and a retiree of Raymond Corp. The family extends their appreciation to Dr. Frants and all Bob's caregivers.

A graveside funeral service will be held 10:00 am Wednesday May 2, 2018 at Port Crane Cemetery, Pastor L.D. Maxon will officiate. Military Honors will be accorded by the United States Army and the Broome County Veterans Association. Please consider a gift to Lourdes Hospice in memory of Bob. Services provided by the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home.
