Carlos M. Montes Martinez, born on February 19, 1956, entered into eternal rest on November 27, 2025, after a long and courageous battle. Surrounded by the love of his family, he peacefully went to be with our Lord.
Carlos was a devoted husband, a loving father, a proud grandfather and great-grandfather, and a steadfast friend to many. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mayra Alonso, and his children Carlos Montes, Esther Montes, Jomark Rivera, and Peter Rivera. He also leaves behind cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought him immense joy and pride.
Carlos was known for his generous heart, his warm spirit, and his willingness to lend a hand to anyone in need. He had a deep passion for working on cars—an interest that became both a hobby and a source of happiness throughout his life. Whether he was under the hood of a car or gathered with his family, Carlos brought patience, humor, and love to every moment.
Though he grew tired of the battles he faced, he never lost his strength, faith, or the love he held for those around him. Today, we find comfort in knowing he is at peace and reunited with our Lord.
Carlos will be deeply missed, but his kindness, wisdom, and the memories he created will live forever in the hearts of all who knew him.
May he rest in eternal peace.
