Cathy Horowitch, 70 of Endicott, passed away on July 25, 2022. She is survived by her children Scott (Dianna Neira) Horowitch and Tara Horowitch; grandchildren Jessie Hines, Nathan Hines and Victor Horowitch, and; Siblings Mary (Butch) Vandermark, Michael (Theresa) Banister and Gail Banister, niece Lisa and nephew Leon. She was predeceased by her Husband Hy Horowitch, son Shawn Hines and her mother Catherine Banister. Cathy loved her family dearly; she was always all about her family. No memorial services are to be held at this time, in lieu of flowers please make donations to the Mercy House of the Southern Tier www.mercyhousesoutherntier.com .
