Christopher M. Bateman, 47, died June 3, 2022. He was the son of Charles (Monk) Bateman and Debra Johnston. He is survived by his children Brittney, Maria, Challen and Christopher, Jr., his mother Debra, granddaughter Serenity, his sister Charity Schmitt and brother Charles Bateman, Jr., along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Monk and 2 grandchildren.

Chris had worked as a roofer in the Binghamton area.
