Cynthia K. ( Plymale ) Watkins, 67, went to be with the Lord May 24, 2023. She is survived by her devoted husband David Watkins; their children Matthew and Michael Watkins; grandchildren Charles Nathan and Emilia and her sister Marleen Maus. She was a member of the Conklin Forks United Methodist Church.
