Debra Milstead

Debra Milstead, 71, of Binghamton died February 17, 2026. She is survived by her children, Katy and Casey; her mother Johanna and siblings Lisa and Jamie.

She attended Union-Endicott High School. She left the area to live in Florida and spent many summers in Sherburne. She enjoyed music and board games.
