Eric Robertson Edwards

Eric R. Edwards, 68 years old, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026 surrounded by his family. Eric was predeceased by his parents, Frederic H. Edwards and Rhoda M. (Robertson) Edwards.

He is survived by his wife of more than 43 years, Lori; his daughters, Jennifer (Thomas) Sanford and Jessica (Julio) Gurrea; his sisters, Robin (James) Heimberger and Donna (Michael) Crane; his six grandchildren, Jonah, Julian, Lydia, Nicholas, Norah, and Alexander; and many nieces and nephews.

Eric was very proud of his fellowship in AA for more than 17 years.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church, 5830 State Route 81, Greenville, New York, on June 19th at 12:00 pm with a visitation from 11:00 am.

A private burial will take place at a later date at Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell. In lieu of flowers, donations to Guthrie/Lourdes Hospice would be greatly appreciated. Cremation services provided by Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, sign his online register book at www.HEFuneralHome.com
