Owassa, OK - Born in Fayetteville, NC on September 1, 1953, and grew up in Binghamton, NY.
Departed this life on November 21, 2024, at her home in Owasso, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her Parents Margaret and John Bullard, and stepfather Fletcher Bess. Siblings, Dovie Lee Bullard, Janet Bullard-Chambers, Patricia Ann Williams, Annie
Bullard-Shoga and Margaret Louise Bullard Malbon-Reddix (Sisters), Robert, Floyd and James Bullard (Brothers).
Ermadine was a devout Christian selflessly dedicated to the education and well-being of others.
She obtained her high school degree from Binghamton Central High School, Associate’s in Business and Secretarial Science from Sullivan County Community College, Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Education from Pace University, Master’s in Adult and Higher Education from Teachers College/Columbia University, and Paralegal Assistant Certificate from Syracuse University College.
She volunteered as an usher and taught Sunday school for the youth ministries for many years. She was a proud and active member of the NBEA/Virginia Business Education Association, the
Virginia Jumpstart Coalition, Zeta Phi Beta - Kappa Xi Zeta Chapter, and Delta Pi Epsilon - IOTA Chapter.She enjoyed traveling, especially to beautiful Jamaica. She was a foundational rock for her friends and family; always ready with scripture and to offer a helping hand or a safe place to stay.
Ermadine leaves to cherish her memories with her paternal Aunt Rev. Ida Mae Jones, maternal Aunt Ida Jones, sister, Arlene Bess, and brother Fletcher Bess. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, former students, and colleagues who will remember her for the positive difference she made in their lives.
The funeral service for Ms. Ermadine Bullard will be held 2:00 pm at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango Street, Binghamton, NY 13901 on Friday January 17th, 2025. The family will recive friends from 1:00 pm untill the start of the funeral service
