Gilbert Yeager

On April 29 Gilbert Yeager passed away peacefully.  He was 92.  Gil is survived by his wife Marjorie (married for 71 years); sons Jonathan (Maggie), Daniel (Ann), David (Karen); grandchildren Mark, David, Carson, Melissa, Jenny Smith (Ed); great grandchildren Destiny, Dayten & Stephen. Gil and Marge have been members of Calvary Baptist Church for over sixty years, where Gil served as Trustee, Deacon and Sunday School teacher.  Gil’s faith in Jesus Christ was the core of how he lived his life. Gil enjoyed two trips to Peru and one to France as part of a work team from Calvary to assist with church building projects to help missionary friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 8th at 11:00 a.m. at: Calvary Baptist Church, 466 Chenango St Binghamton, NY 13901 In lieu of flowers please consider donations to: The Missionary Fund at Calvary Baptist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
