To the Heart of Our Home
In every dish, a taste of you,
The hands that built, the heart so true.
A founder’s strength, a mother’s grace,
You made our world a brighter place.
Through late nights and early dawn,
You worked and worried, carried on.
The laughter shared, the love you gave,
In every corner, your spirit stays.
Our restaurant’s walls, they know you well,
Each table set, each story to tell.
You were the anchor, strong and kind,
The soul we cherished, one of a kind.
Now as you rest, so soft, so near,
We carry on, though you’re not here.
In every smile, in every meal,
Your love, dear mother, we still feel.
