Harriett L. Heath

Harriett L. Heath, 83, of Binghamton passed away Sunday October 22, 2023. She is survived by her children, Tyrone A. (Cheryl Wheeler) Heath, Yolanda Dixon Heath, Paulette Alicia Heath, Rachelle M. Heath and Wyman F. Heath IV. In addition to her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is survived by her brothers, Harry (Sheree) Hughes, Larry Hughes and sister Dorothy a.k.a. Angel Hughes. She is predeceased by her parents Harry and Dorothy Hughes; siblings, Kenneth, Henry, Charles, Selena, Howard, April, Virginia, Conrad and Baby Christine.

Harriett was a member of Trinity A.M.E. Zion church, where she was the secretary and head of administrative services, treasurer and the conference secretary of Missionary of Kindness. She was a loving a caring person, she often cooked food and gave to people who needed help in the community, she also gave money to young people who were entering college to help them with their studies.

A funeral service will be held at Trinity A.M.E. Zion Church, 203 Oak St. Binghamton, on Thursday Oct. 26. At 12:00pm, visitation will begin at 11:00am at the church. Harriett will be inurned at Spring Forest Cemetery at a later date. Funeral services provided by Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home.
