Jacqueline (Lucey) Boneck

Jacqueline (Lucey) Boneck, 75, passed away July 30, 2022 at Mercy House. She is survived by her two daughters Koelle Edwards and Tommi Parker; her precious grandson Dylan Edwards; two sisters Colleen Woodruff and Janet Smith; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas Boneck. As a young adult Jacqueline raced her Triumph Spitfire  and Triumph TR3 in local powderpuff races. She loved art and frequently visited the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She expressed her love of art through painting, jewelry making, and interior decorating in her spare time. Her love of baking and cooking was evident in dinner parties she hosted and the countless holiday cookies and candies she baked every year. Her best companions were the numerous dogs she had throughout her life.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am Tuesday at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 1049 Chenango St. Binghamton. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Mercy House of the Southern Tier to honor the care they provide to Jacqueline during her stay there.
