James W. Craig

James W. Craig, 76, of Vestal, New York, peacefully passed away on December 31, 2024.

Preceding James in death are his parents James and Elizabeth Craig; and his brothers Thomas and Bruce Craig. 

Surviving family members include his brothers, Timothy, Kenneth, Brian, and John; and his sisters, Elizabeth Hughes and Lorraine Craig.  James is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.   

James graduated from Lynbrook High School, New York, in 1966. James was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 1970 after serving in Vietnam.  

Attending Mansfield College, James earned a degree in Marketing in 1978 and worked in Sales for local media companies, including the Time Warner Company.

James’ favorite activities included basketball, baseball and golf, and he also enjoyed playing in local recreation leagues.

Funeral/Memorial services are to be determined, we will update this obituary once we have a scheduled the memorial service. Interment will be at Mountain Lake Cemetery, Towanda, PA.
