Janet Constine Larrabee Tritten

Janet Constine Larrabee Tritten, 97, of Vestal, passed away December 30, 2025. The daughter of the late Felix and Elizabeth Constine, Janet was a native of Binghamton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands Lyman Jay Larrabee, Jr. and Donald E. Tritten; a son David Lyman Larrabee; (REMOVE AND) son-in-law David Charles Stoops and brother Charles Constine. Janet is survived by her daughter, Terry Larrabee Stoops; sons, Jay Constine Larrabee (Roberta) and John Felix Larrabee (Becky); daughter-in-law Cheryl Babcock Larrabee; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces Candy Constine Clark (Dick) and Kimberly Constine Little (Robert).

Janet graduated from Syracuse University and worked for many years as a custom interior designer for Sears. She was a former member of the Junior League of Binghamton, The Monday Afternoon Club, the Oquaga Lake Association and a member of the Vestal United Methodist Church. Janet was a devoted mother and actively took part in supporting her children's activities in school and scouting.

In keeping with the wishes of her family, there will be no public services. Cremation services provided by the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton.
