Jeana M Proper

Jeana Marie Proper passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on January 19, 2026. Jeana departed this life, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Jeana was a devoted mother to her children, Brittany Miller and Brandon Miller, and her step-children, Tim Miller Jr. and Tyler Miller. She also embraced many "bonus" children whom she loved as her own. Her family was her world, and she is also survived by her loving mother, her brother, and her twin sister, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Jeana shared a special, lifelong bond with her best friend and the father of her children, Tim Miller. She also leaves behind her cherished cats, Benny and Bailey.

Jeana had a vibrant spirit and found joy in simple pleasures. She loved watching reality TV, and her heart was captivated by the beauty of butterflies and sunflowers. Her presence brought comfort and happiness to many, and her memory will continue to inspire.

A memorial service will be held 12:30 pm Saturday January 31, 2026 at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm.

 In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, a cause close to her heart.
