Jeffery L Palmatier

Jeffrey L. Palmatier, 63 of Binghamton, passed away on October 23, 2024. He is survived by his children, Jeffrey Palmatier, Joshua Palmatier and Tonyia Palmatier; siblings, Linda Palmatier, Robert (Connie) Palmatier, Raymond (Vonnie) Palmatier, Lori (Ken) Soper; several grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and his special friend Rosie Couch. He is predeceased by his parents Robert and Alberta Palmatier and his brother Martin Palmatier. Jeffrey worked many years at Frito-Lay and the Binghamton, Agway. He was the life of the party; he loved interacting with people and having a good time. He was an avid fisherman and a Buffalo Bills Fan.

The family will receive friends on Sunday November 3, 2024 from 1:00pm – 1:55pm at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton. The memorial service will begin at 2:00pm. Following the memorial service the family will hold a celebration of life at the Joseph Mangan, American Legion Post 1194. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
