On March 14, 2021, John J. Pessarchick lost his battle with Alzheimer's. He is predeceased by his parents Jacob and Mary (Rosko) Pessarchick and his brother Robert Pessarchick, Sr. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Mary Jane Pessarchick, a niece Ann (Clinton) Gorman, nephews Robert (Amy) Pessarchick, Jr., Drew Pessarchick and Jason Pessarchick, grandnieces Megan (Mike) Chipper, Kate Pessarchick, Jenna Gorman and Madelyn Pessarchick.
John was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He retired from IBM. He was a photographer, avid drag racing fan, skier and golfer who enjoyed travelling to his Myrtle Beach, SC condo over the past 25 years, enjoying Civil War sites along the way. He made friends easily and enjoyed making people laugh.
A celebration of his life will be held at the convenience of the family.
