Laurie A. Backus, 58 of Port Crane, NY, passed away February 8, 2026. She is survived by her husband Joel Backus, and her five children, Amber Ann, Joseph, Vernalee, Joel Jr. and Rachel who she loved dearly; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sister Tammy, close cousin Terrie and her best friend Mary. She loved her family dearly, and her tablet!
A celebration of life will be held a later date to be announced.
