Leo Wayne Peters

Leo Peters of Binghamton left us on December 6 2025 to be with the Lord. Leo is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Debbie Peters; of 45 He is survived by his sons Chad (Ashly) Shawn (Alisha) Small; grandchildren Samantha Small and her fiancé Evan (Mother Tammy), Ryan Small, Rosalina & Lucille (Lucy) (Father Angel) Peña; great grandson; sisters, Diana Peters, Paula Stephens (Philip) ; sister-in-law Denise (Jim) Small. He was predeceased by his parents Vladimir & Betty Peters, his beloved daughter Bridget, sister Karen Lee , mother & father-in-law Merritt & Myrna Tyler. Leo’s best friend was his beloved dog Buster & new friend Boomer. Leo knew everyone and they loved to see him coming, always with a smile & he knew everyone in return. Leo was an avid NY Yankee and Giants fan. You could never see him without talking about his sports. Our family would like to thank his niece Crystal Spivey for helping take care of her uncle, he adored her. Contributions in Leo’s name can be made to the Heart Association or Cancer Research. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home.
