Linda (Harris) Jackowski

Linda Jackowski, 77, passed away peacefully  May 6, 2022, in her home after a long illness. At her side was her loving husband of 59 years, David and her devoted daughters, Teresa Jackowski Helms and Amy Jackowski-Connor. Linda had two grandsons, Joshua and William (Kerry) Helms, and two great-grandchildren, Natalie and Nolan; nephews Ray, Ricky and Gary (Kim Prentiss) Williams and two sons-in-law, Bobby Helms and James Connor who loved and helped in life as well as giving great comfort and physical help in Linda's final months, and two special friends who always cared, Shirley Kurcin and Patricia Regulski, always genuine and looking out for one another. As a wife she was exceptional, continually compassionate and making sure "Her David" was diligently cared for. Not a dinner or chore was too hard for her. Her family was always number one in her life. As a mama, God himself must have created her and blessed us with her loving arms to be held by. She was the very epitome of all the love a human heart could hold. She is predeceased by her father, John Harris, her mother Maxine Snell Harris, her sister Jackie Williams and her nephew Randy Williams. Her words of wisdom, her compassion and unconditional love will live on in our hearts forever. For this is the day we give back to the Lord Jesus Christ her precious soul, his loving daughter in this world where her mind and body grew weary and her work on earth completed. This was done according to our Almighty, His word and her faith that God our Father will hold her now, forever in his loving arms. "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain; for the former things are passed away."
