Myron P. Deliman, 89 fell asleep in the Lord September 13, 2024. Surviving is his wife Eleanor, whom he deeply loved through their 65 years of marriage; their children, Gregory Deliman, Eileen Deliman (John Parker), Karen Christensen (Steven Little); grandchildren Arlo Christensen, Dylan (Kat) Christensen, Tayler (Kolin) Arnold, and Peter Christensen; 3 great grandchildren with a 4th on the way; sister in law, Claudia Deliman, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Anna Deliman, three brothers and three sisters.
Myron retired from General Electric in Johnson City, New York after a 39 year career in engineering. He worked in many leadership roles before ending up in configuration management, where he worked on compliance to military contracts, which are awarded by cost in an accordance with many military specifications. He and Eleanor enjoyed traveling, sometimes family members were able to join them. They visited many beautiful sites across the United States with their most favorite being a trip to Hawaii. He deeply appreciated his children and enjoyed documenting many funny little stories about his grandchildren as they grew up. He was a senior member in the GE Elfun Club. He loved working outdoors and gardening. Myron was an active member at Holy Spirit Church, supporting many fundraisers. He was discharged from military service in 1966 and was forever a NY Giant football fan. Myron was so loved by his wife and family for his kindness and thoughtful ways, always thinking of others. He was always making them laugh and will be forever missed. We love you.
