Patti J. (Smith) Ferber

Patti Jane (Smith) Ferber, 64, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her parents, Forrest Clinton and Janet (Fox) Smith. She is survived by her beloved children: Ashley and Joseph Gaige, Molly Ferber, and Joshua Ferber (Miranda Fink); a beloved granddaughter Adelyn Gaige; her siblings Sally Smith Durisek, Larry and Vickie Smith, Stacy and Jennifer Smith; her former husband Gary Ferber, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She cherished her special friends, Ruthie, Pam, and Jane. Patti loved yard sales, flowers, and genealogy; but most of all she was devoted to her family and was a mother figure to all. Patti's favorite movie was It's a Wonderful Life and a bell rang loudly when she received her angel wings.A special thank you to Larry and Vickie for providing her extra loving care that allowed her to remain home with her family.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Saturday October. 16, ​at the Windsor Village Cemetery, followed by a celebration of her life at the Hitchin Post 1474 Rte 7 Port Crane. from 12 noon - 3:00 pm, with a time for sharing memories at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, please plant a live flower or tree and become a blood and organ donor
