Richard Baker, Jr. age 60, died unexpectedly at his home in Binghamton on Friday September 25, 2020. He was born in Corning, NY, son of Richard and Marlene (Lewis) Baker. He is survived by his father Richard, his brothers Jeffery and Daniel and sister Mindy.
