Stephen Randall, 76, of Kirkwood died Friday January 26, 2024 at Mercy House of the Southern Tier. He is survived by Marilyn Randall; his sons Stephen (Anne) Randall, Norman (Kari) Randall; daughter Kimberly Seely; his sister Helen Morgan; many nieces and nephews.
