Thomas Hriciga

Thomas Joseph Hriciga, age 74 passed away on January 15th 2026. He would have been 75 on his birthday on January 22.

He is pre-deceased by his parents Edward and Jeanette of Binghamton, NY.

He is survived by his wife Anra M. and son James Joseph of Kelso, Washington.  His sister lives in Amesbury, MA and his brother Hal in Greene, NY.

Tom attended college at Syracuse University, NY where he received a Bachelor's degree.  He finished his Master's degrees from Cal State University in Los Angeles and Chapman University in Orange, California. 

He worked at Cedar Sinai Psychiatric Hospital in Los Angeles, and Herman Stark School in Chino, CA. He retired as a school psychologist at Corona Norco, CA.

Tom enjoyed taking trips with the family to beautiful outdoor places like lakes and mountains. Fishing and boating were his favorites. When he was younger, he liked going to the theaters and concerts.

Watching different bird species visit the feeders and the families of deer were a delight. 

Due to the cemetery being closed for the winter, a burial service will be held at Sylvan Lawn Cemetery, Greene, New York at a date to be announced in the Spring.
