Wilbur G. Cooper. Jr.

Wilbur G. Cooper, 82, of Binghamton, formerly of Gilbertsville, PA, passed away Friday October 22, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Ruth Peca-Cooper and the late Bette (Brown). Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Wilbur G. Cooper, Sr. and Murial N. (Whittich) Cooper. In addition to Ruth he is survived by his daughter Jodee L. Liskiewicz; son Brian R. Cooper and his wife Nicole; sister Ida Mae Wynings; and brother John Mark Cooper. He is predeceased by his son in law Brian Liskiewicz; brother Roy E. Cooper; brother-in-law Dale Wynings; and sister-in-law Betty Cooper.
A memorial service celebrating Wilbur's life will be held 1:00 pm Saturday Nov. 20 at the Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 83 Main St. Binghamton.
