William L. Holden

  It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Billy. Billy, age 30, died unexpectedly on February 15, 2021, at his residence, as the result of a pulmonary embolism. He was born in Johnson City, NY on February 11, 1991; The son of William C. Holden and Sheila Moore (Patrick) Terrell. Billy graduated from Whitney Point Central School. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Leslie and Catherine Holden, two uncles, Opie Moore and Michael Thayne, also a cousin, Stacy Anne Morgan. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister and nephew, Amy Holden and Aiden Swingle, also his grandmother, Helen Thomas and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Billy's leisure activity was being an aquarium enthusiast. Billy really enjoyed this hobby. Billy also was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. Billy will be sorely missed by everyone that knew him.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with a celebration of life at a later date. Memorials may be made in Billy's Memory to the Glen Aubrey Cemetery. Eternal rest grant unto Billy, O Lord, and let the perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
