E. Joy Henninger Stimac,81, formerly of Kirkwood, passed into the arms of The Lord, September 24, 2016. She is survived by her beloved family; her children, Mary (Armando) Paolucci, of Apalachin, Richard W. (Denise) Henninger, of Findlay, OH, and Robert M. (Karen) Henninger of Madrid, NY, seven grandchildren, Amanda, Marcy, Michael, Danielle, Ashley, Cassie and Andrew, eight great-grandchildren, Gianna, Devin, Dominic, Callen, Evan, Dawson, Benjamin and Aubree, two brothers, Edward and Louis Snyder. A 1953 graduate of Binghamton North High School, Joy was the drum majorette for the marching band. She retired as Corporate Comptroller at Endwell Rug, after many years of faithful service and was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Tabernacle in Vestal. Joy's life focused on her family, which she placed at the center of her life. The family extends their deepest appreciation to Joy's care providers at Vestal Park Nursing and Rehab.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday at the Calvary Baptist Tabernacle, 729 Main St. Vestal. The family will receive friends at the church Friday from 10:00-11:00 am. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Afton. In lieu of flowers, please consider a gift to Calvary Baptist Tabernacle in Joy's memory.
