Esther A. (Yoggy) Springer

Esther A. Springer (Yoggy) passed away peacefully on April 14, 2024, at Elizabeth Church Nursing home in Binghamton, NY.

She was born in Blossburg, PA on September 20, 1929. She was preceded by her husband Carl Springer and by her parents Jack and Ruth Yoggy. She is survived by her two sons David Springer (Christine) and Douglas Springer, and three precious grandchildren, Shannon, Vanessa, and Jessica Springer.

Esther was a retired teacher from the Binghamton City School District and stay-at-home mom. She enjoyed reading, playing bingo, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a lifetime member of Central Baptist Church in Binghamton, NY.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday April 20, at Central Baptist Church; 1606 Upper Front Street, Binghamton, NY. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of service.

The family would like to thank the staff, nurses, and doctors at Saint Louise Manor and Elizabeth Church for their wonderful care given to Esther during the past several years.
