Steven Foote Obituary

Steven W. Foote, passed away April 13, 20024, his 73rd birthday. He is survived by his children William Foote, Rita (John) Dougher, Jackie Lewis,Sabrina Harrington, Patty Ellsworth, Billie Jo Dougher and Lisa Roser; a very special granddaughter Stephanie Dougher; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters Sharon Scofield, Donna Jordan and Yvonne Cramer; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including lifelong special friends Herbie and Sally Drumm, and his two cats Munchkin and Baby. Steve was predeceased by his wife Diedre, his parents Myron William Foote and Rita Marie Foote and his brother Roland Foote.

Steve served in the U.S. Army. He was a skilled carpenter and cabinetmaker. He retired from BAE Systems in Endicott.

He was a member of the Binghamton Eagles Club. He enjoyed golfing and fishing. He will be remembered as an amazing and loving father.

A funeral service with military honors will be held 6:00 pm Friday at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-6:00 pm.
