Brian S. Adee

  CQ, CQ, CQ This is K2DLB, Brian S. Adee from Vestal, NY. I made this Heavenly journey on January 24, 2019 at 61, to be with my dad and mom, Gerald F. & Marjorie C. Adee, along with my two brothers in law, John Torrey and Roger Drumm. It was a peaceful trip, but am sad to have left loved ones at home.  Sisters Barbara Torrey, Oneonta and Kathy Drumm (Dave Albrecht),So Abington Township,  Nephews Tim Drumm (NC) and Philip Drumm,(Binghamton), Great Nephew and Niece, Joshua  and Katalina Drumm(NC) plus many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  Originally from Oneonta, NY, I graduated from Vestal High School (1975) and enjoyed many careers, currently an Electrical Inspector in Broome County.  I was a member of Vestal Emergency Squad, American Radio Relay League, Vintage Vestal and a lifetime member of the Vestal Fire Department with 45 years of service, having joined in May 1974. I enjoyed NASCAR and my ham radio. My call letters were in the family for over 50 years, having belonged to my Dad before me. A memorial service will be held 10:30 am Saturday February 9, 2019 at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton, Rev. Robert T. Peak will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:00 am until 10:30 am. He will be buried in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Vestal Fire Department Station 4, c/o Vestal Fire Department, 601 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal, NY 13850 73 and K2DLB out for the final time.
