The Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home is a family owned and operated funeral home serving families in Binghamton and the surrounding area since 1936. We are held in high regard for the compassionate care and highly personalized service we provide the community.
As of 2023, we are pleased to commemorate 87 years of service to the greater Binghamton area. Over the past several years we have completed extensive interior and exterior renovations to our facility, letting us better meet your needs, and we will be making several more improvements throughout the year. We have also increased our staff to a total of four full time licensed funeral directors to serve your needs.
Our staff is knowledgeable in a broad range of religious and cultural traditions and can provide any service that honors the life and values of those we serve. Over the years, Kurt Eschbach has assisted in providing services to over 5,000 families of all backgrounds. He has experience and knowledge of the customs associated with all branches of Christianity and Judaism and is experienced in providing traditional Buddhist, Sikh and Hindu ceremonies, as well as secular and nonreligious services and life celebrations.
