Nancy was an avid fisherwoman, knitter, bird watcher, and reader for much of her life. She loved to use her binoculars at their summer cottages to keep an eye on things around the campground and would spend many an hour playing solitaire.
Nancy was well-known for her apple and strawberry rhubarb pies and was often asked to make them for family functions and even shared her pie crust recipe with a local restauranteur.
Her grandchildren were her life and she spent much time with them playing, reading, watching TV, fishing, swimming, and attending concerts and plays they participated in growing up.
