Bonnie Ann (Victor) Dowdell, 70 of Whitney Point New York, died February 17, 2021. She is survived by her children; Christa Robinson, Franklin (Deniece) McMullen and Douglas (Becky) McMullen, grandchildren; Ian, Kirsten, Blake, Jessica, Adam, Stephany, Alexandria, Heather and her sister Constance (John) Hickey. She was predeceased by her parents; Alexander and Margaret Victor. Bonnie was a graduate of Archbishop Walsh High School class of 1968. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
