Eleanor Perman Obituary

Eleanor M. Perman, 95, died Thursday, April 27, 2023. She is survived by her nephews David Williams and Charles Williams; many other nephews, nieces and a close friend Ruth Peca She was predeceased by her husband Louis. She was a lifelong active member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church and a dedicated volunteer for C.H.O.W. She loved the many cats she had over her lifetime.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday at Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 83 Main St. Binghamton. Burial will follow at Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
